SUZULON L E-306TL |
E-306TL exhibits excellent 'linear tear characteristics' making sachets easy to open by hand. Due to its EVA content, E-306TL is extremely soft and resists pinhole formation even under cold temperatures. It has a much lower optimum heat seal temperature than competitive films, making it ideal for high speed packaging. E-306TL also possesses excellent hot tack properties which prevents it from delaminating.
Although Aicello initially developed E-306TL for liquid soup, it is commonly used for packaging a variety liquids. |

SUZULON L-145 |
L-145 is an L-LDPE-based grade of SUZULON L which is highly resistant to stress cracking even under low temperatures. It possesses excellent 'linear tear characteristics' and has a relatively low optimum heat seal temperature, making it suitable for use on high speed packaging equipment.
L-145 was developed as an inner lining for flexible refill packs. Its superior strength also makes L-145 ideal for packaging sharp, irregular shaped objects such as scissors. |

SUZULON L L-140AS |
L-140AS, based on L-LDPE, is highly transparent and displays superior anti-static properties, making it ideal for automated packaging of dusty powders and other substances which tend to generate static electricity. L-140AS is easy to process with dry laminating with ether. It also enhances lamination strength when processing with ester.
L-140AS is an excellent inner layer of sachets used for containing flours, flaky material and other products which tend to generate static electricity. |

SUZULON L L-101R |
L-101R, also based on L-LDPE, exhibits features which are similar to L-140AS. In addition to minimizing the effects of static-electricity, L-101R has an extremely low optimum heat seal temperature, making it an excellent inner layer of film used on high speed packaging equipment. It is suitable for laminating with standard PE.
L-101R was developed as an inner layer for rice bags. It is also ideal for high speed packaging of grains and other materials that tend to generate dust. |
