Plastic waste (production waste, processing loss, used bottles, packaging film, etc.) is separated according to resin classification for recycling.
Aicello developed a new system in which plastic waste is shred, pulverized and cleaned in a single, continuous operation.
Then waste plastic is changed into pellets, which are introduced back into the production line or used as raw materials for other products. |

It is difficult to recycle plastic waste, as it is usually contaminated. Aicello's technology makes it possible to recycle such contaminated plastic into artificial stones for construction projects. This is accomplished by pulverizing plastic bottles, drums, film, and glass cullets and mixing with used asphalt. The mixture is blended uniformly through a heating process which makes use of post consumer used cooking oils collected by Aicello. The resulting "clay blend" is pressed into blocks.
These blocks have several unique features: the weight is half that of natural stones, the compressed strength is 1.6 times stronger than that of concrete, flexibility is 2.4 times that of concrete, and the specific gravity is about half that of natural stones. As the blocks light and strong, the transportation and construction processes are simplified. Potential applications include landslide prevention barriers and road surfaces. |

Cooking oil is usually thrown away after use. Serious environmental problems can occur if it flows into rivers, lakes, sea, and sewers. Aicello developed a technology to produce "Bio-Diesel Fuel" from suchpost consumer cooking oil. We use the bio-fuel for our company cars, as a source of fuel in some of our factories and for burners in some production processes. |
